Hi ,

looking to form/buy an (shelf)offshore company with a bank account in another country.
Considering to open the company in Seychelles/BVI or Mauritius.
Select these jurisidictions simply because they come at the lowest costs.
Which off these offering shelf companies?
Can you recommend reliable providers?
Any experience with offshorecompanycorp ?

Which of these companies have a high chance to open a bank account in Macau, Singapore or Switzerland?
Any of the banks in this location is tolerant on cash deposits (preferable in EUR, USD or HKD?)

Hi,

For swiss account opening check this bank Best offshore bank CIM Bank Review maybe? you can see there are a few guys from here that opened an account. Otherwise it get's complicated since most of the banks in Switzerland require personal visit.

Offshorecompanycorp.com is as good as any other offshore service, you may use them for what you need it for. Don't expect any follow up support or bride knowledge there!

Why do you want to buy a shelf / dormant company? Usually you can't get a shelf company with bank account unless you go through the entire approval process again.

You can actually by shelf companies in all 3 jurisdictions. I have a reliable agent that I'm using same does @auric as I know - offshorecorpgroup.com - anyway you can also go shopping around and see where you may find a shelf company with bank account, I agree with @auric here, it is likely they offer you a package but you will have to resubmit your docs.

Have you considered services like WorldCore, LeuPay, Breder Suasso or similar?

Thanks for your answers.
Found a solution where i need two companies.

One company (shelf) without bank account from end 2015 is fine as there are no cash restrictions in HK.
Thus a royalty , service fee can be paid in arrears in cash as well.
Anyone of them comes at a lower purchase price?
This shelf companies are fully registered, right?
Because a friend of mine (who is CPA in HK) told me that the Revenue department occassionally checks that the company (here BVI) had been really registered and is existing and not only incorporated in phantasy land.

Does Seychelles, BVI, Mauritius have online company registry websites, where anyone can check the company(not director or shareholder)
is existing? Or it's necessary to ask a registered agent for a COGS(can anyone apply for it)?

Another company is needed for another business outside of HK and bank account is preferred.
At the moment, the AEOI/UBO is not a big topic for myself, because HK tax laws are fine with offshore companies and dividends are tax free (though HK offshore for HK residents might be at higher risk to become questioned by the authorities).

Of course am interested to know, if there is an option to hide the UBO and reading the other thread "EU resident with service company" as well.
Correct me, if i am wrong. But til now there are two options:
- fake documents (am totally fine with anyone using it, but i consider them as to risky in case the account gets shut down, funds are confiscated/blocked or if you transfer the funds to another account there will a trace at the end of the day)
- there is another UBO, whom you really really trust.

Yes they are usually fully registered, with real office address, original incorporation documents etc. That's normally what you get when you buy a shelf company!

What does that mean, sorry 🙂 ?

You can't look up a Seychelles company anwhere online. That's the beauty of a company in the Seychelles almost impossible to get beneficial owner, director and shareholder information without a court order!

You don't do that if you plan to open a real offshore account! The bank will quickly find out that the docs are fake and decline the application. You can only do that for online services as already mentioned i.e. WorldCore, Xapo etc. where they never will find out anyway. If you prepare the fake docs right at least.

With normal / real documents there is no way of hiding UBO since the bank always want (requires) to know!

That's actually great Admin if you can control the CPA and have him to prepare the docs as required to be approved by the tax office it's a big thumbs up.

Which of the offshore companies in the different jurisdictions comes at the lowest purchase price.
E.g. could buy a Seychelles shelf company from 2015 for 2600 USD, Nominee fees included.

COGS

Certificate of good standing.
If there is no online registry, a 3rd person can ask a registered agent to get this certificate as a proof the company is really incorporated.
(read this info online and am not sure, if this is possible for a 3rd person)

Then i go for a seychelles company. 🙂

Guess it's a misunderstanding.
The CPA is a friend of mine, who works a lot with mainland chinese and gave me a few example how the tax office works, occassionally questions things.
Hong Kong has the territorial source principle and is an offshore hub anyways. Though it looks "easy" here.
Still better to be prepared ;-)

Yes that would be possible I think. Seychelles corps are not that expensive.

Can you look up a Belize company anywhere online or get easier access to the informations in compare to a seychelles company?

Yes it is easier to lookup a Belize company compared to a Seychelles company since the Seychelles has no public registry as Belize has.

Anyway, I have not found a way to get access to the public registry yet! But I know it is there somewhere!
