if hackers convert stolen money into bitcoin and then deposit the clean money into a regular commercial bank assuming that they stole like 100 million dollars or more, would it be possible for them little by little to wire the clean money into a regular commercial bank in the united states or not or for that matter into some other rich developed first world nation like canada, australia or new zealand??? rsvp. thank you.

As soon as you have your money in Bitcoins all is possible. It's easy to do white wash the money and spend it around. You just need to be clever and don't be foolish when spending the money.
