KYC and Due Diligence fake package notarized where?

I was wondering if there is any place where it is possible to get a package with all the KYC and DD documents required by the banks?

The package should include every paper the banks, PayPal and other financial institutions or financial service companies require like:

• passport copy
• utility bill notarized
• bank statement
• bankers reference letter
• 2nd bankers reference letter
• business plan
• CV

Does this exists and if so where and what are the costs to buy such a package, is there any "underground" place where this could be ordered you think?

What are the problems you can think about by ordering and using these documents?

Yeah ask @auric for help he is able to provide such documents for PayPal and similar services only. You can't use it for the opening of bank accounts but you may be able to use it for offshore company formation.
