Cyprus is easy to register a company while Ireland seems to me more interesting from the "legit look" point of view! Is there a way to anonymice a Irish company you think?

I would love to setup a Irish Company if it still provides tax freedom and of course it's possible to open an bank account for the entity in Ireland, the latter seems quite complicated if not impossible.

Don't forget Ireland is an onshore country, if you live in Europe, 100% of the dividends you declared in Ireland should be declared in your EU country because a system that will start in september 2017, will check if the dividends you have declared in your own EU country is the same as in Ireland.

In order to get the Withholding tax exemption you need either a Certificate of residency from your own tax authorities or you can get the irish DWT exemption form stamped by your tax authorities.

For me a Irish Company would work great also with these double tax treties with my country. However, what I think is that we need to know how we can open a bank account for this Company in Ireland!

Cyprus over Ireland for real offshore Company. If trustworthy is something you consider than go with Ireland it seems to look more reliable to people you may do business with.

If Cyprus was the only place for businesses in Europe for good tax planning and IP protection then all would be there. Fact is that more and more businesses incorporating in Ireland compared to Cyprus even more in Ireland than Cyprus!

You could have a look here Ireland company vs Cyprus company formation what you think is best? I think this company charge aprox 400£ for a simple Irish company registration. But you can't use the company unless you have a bank account.

Ireland seems not to bad! I don't need to bank in Ireland so the company formation there would be sufficient for me.
