A lot of people suggest Seychelles companies, but getting a bank account for these is such a pain. Please suggest some good banks to open a current account. (no Cyprus)

What do you consider to be a pain? If not Cyprus, you may be able to open the account in Belize or Mauritius.

High fees and complicated opening procedure
Belize has only shitty banks. Mauritius is the option, but I'd like more reputable jurisdiction
Have you looked at St. Vincent, Latvia and even Panama for account opening? Some here wrote that CIM bank in Switzerland open accounts just by Skype interview.
Cook Islands I have read is a great jurisdiction for registering a company but their banking sucks.

For corporate account:
- Full set of corporate documents
- Power of Attorney if nominee director
- Signatory's resolution - bank internal form
- Declaration of Shares if bearer shares- bank internal form
- Declaration of Trust if nominee shareholder
Identification documents of authorized signatory
- International passport
- Proof of Address (utility bill, extract from account or internal passport ”“ English translation including page with residential address)
- Bank reference ”“ bank confirmation of the account of the above physical person ( in original) or extract from the account for last three months (English translation), professional reference
Identification is needed only for the physical persons in corporate documents ”“ if nominee director or shareholder ”“ passport color scan copy only + utility bill or GoodStanding.
+ For Telephone identification: the client should write the password on separate sheet of paper and put it into the envelope ( the password is necessary for the bank for identification of the client in acse the client will call to the bank)
After receiving all documents the acc will be opened in, acc details will be sent by e-mail for the client's address.
After first incoming transaction the tariff of account opening will be held. Then needed bank products are made and sent to client's postal address.

Latvia banks don't open accounts for offshore companies
now they don't open also

If you tried it, can you please post their answer to you here? I would really like to know if they open accounts remote as claimed by several users on the forum?
