Hi,

I want to know if it is possible to register a Seychelles HOLDING Company after I have registered a Cyprus Company and then move the shares from the CYP Company to the SC holding Company?

Is this an easy process and does it cost a lot of Money you think?

Yes that's possible, some additional documents are required and some need to be changed but not a big deal.

Sure no problem to do so. Just start with the Cyprus Company and transfer the shares later on to your Holding in Seychelles!

second that. You can even register the Seychelles company after you have registered your trading company, for instant, in Cyprus, Belize or anywhere else!
