I'm just curious and skeptical about this lottery type of business. Since it will involve a huge amount of money, wouldn't the government be involved in this kind of business or would they get in your business? I wonder if the business could last for a few years.

So what you say is that it is almost impossible to get a bank account in Guatemala for a company that is not registered there. But for domestic corps. its not a problem true?
No I am not saying that. For lottery or gambling it is almos impossible, but for not registered corporations and registered corporations in Guatemala it is pretty fast.
So for registered companies in Guatemala we can have a lottery business and get a bank account? Does it require a license?
No, as mentioned before it is not possible to get a license for lottery or gambling in Guatemala, unless you do it under an NPO umbrella.

It sounds to me like Guatemala is the new Panama.. People flee to this country now while Panama has open their doors to all governments!
