Need verified European PayPal account personal or for offshore company??

Ho do I get a verified PayPal account if the country I live is not accepted by PayPal or if I for other reasons can't get a PayPal account for my name and address?

I have considered an offshore company but this seems not to solve my problem. I will not be able to open an PayPal account for the offshore corp. unless I can verify with an utility bill or similar.

Some people seem to either buy PayPal verified accounts they are most US or UK or they get some how documents to get the PayPal account verified. But I don't know if they then are able to connect the offshore company to the pp account or what they are doing.

Not a problem to get this done, you just need to get the right documents... if you upgrade your account it is possible to find all you need in the Mentor Group.
