Offshore bank account with insurance needed

I need an offshore bank account that also provide insurance for certain amounts that I keep on the account. My problem is that I want to deposit a large amount of euros into a offshore bank.

With all what has happened in the past then I would avoid to lose my money if we get another financial crisis or anything similar in the financial world.

What is the most stable offshore bank for this purpose you think?

What about Swiss bank , you'll get stability, privacy and security of your money. I'm not sure they have insurance against current or saving account.

Most of the banks in Europe (if not all) have a depositor Insurance The European Deposit Insurance Scheme | Bruegel

You think it apply for all banks in Europe or are there banks that don't need to comply to these regulations?

I believe all banks in Europe have an insurance now a day!

Agree, they have and they were forced by law to have depositor insurance!
