I am an Entrepreneur in India generating revenue from multiple streams patreon, blogging, ecommerce. the personal and business taxes drain your pockets there is a lot of red tape when it comes to compliance and require constant bribes from government employees. From my projected future revenues it is best for me to incorporate in an offshore jurisdiction my work can be done on a laptop with a internet connection.

So i've been thinking about becoming a digital nomad which comes with its own problems being visa requirements for Indian passport holders. i have made a plan to get a CBI from Grenada or other CBI countries and shift my operations from india. What would be the ideal setup for low taxation and availability of business credit and ease of doing business

Open LLC in USA. Move from India at the end of this year. Don't spend more than 59 days in India in 2026-2030. You are tax free from 2026.

Nepal and Bhutan offers unlimited stay for indians with just an id, so to not get taxed i would have to stay less than 182 days in year in india any more i would be considered a Tax resident any by extension thate company would have PE and POEM in india. is there any complications like having to pay taxes somewhere like in us or india or any other country that im travelling in.

What would constitute as us sourced income 1. patreon subsriber from , 2. Ecommerce Buyer from Us 3. Saas Income

None of these are US sourced income in the way we are talking about, which is ECI.

You would have to have a US employee or conduct some activity from US territory (in a majority of cases) to trigger US ECI. Just having clients is not important.
