prepaid/debit card (visa/mastercard) without residecen

hello,

for my online business I'm looking for a prepaid or debit card located in one of the following countries - but I don't have residence there, KYC is not a problem - it's a legal business 🙂

Anyone got an idea how to get this?

Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Brazil, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Georgia, Hong Kong (China), Japan, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Macao (China), Malaysia, Maldives, Mexico, Morocco, Oman, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Tajikistan, Thailand, Türkiye, United Arab Emirates or Uzbekistan.

Many, you can open as tourist. Armenia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Georgia, Kazakhstan (needs IIN), South Korea (debit card may be a bit more tricky, ebanking sucks), Tajikistan (would not necedssarily recommend), Thailand (may be a bit tricky), Türkiye (needs tax id too).

Hong Kong is possible as well, but would not recommend. You most often only get UnionPay card and even then it is a hassle. HSBC is easier and can be opened online though.
