It would be nice if there was some kind of marketplace on OCT where you could purchase LLCs

If anyone finds someone willing to sell I'm happy to pay a finder's fee

For what I'm needing it for, I'm not looking to spend more than 1k

The LLC can even be inactive and from any year 2015 or prior

lol impossible. Why on earth would someone sell you a shelf LLC for 1k when over the years the government fees are higher??

Cheaper than closing it. Many people go out of business.

As mentioned, for my use case I need an LLC that was incorporated prior to 2016, so incorporating a new one won't suffice.

It just needs to be opened prior to 2016.

Liabilities or the LLC's status (active or dissolved) don't matter in this case.

that was my question as well. cause by owning the LLC you mean to use your UBO or just the Articles of Incorporation?

& OP, what's your use-case lol
