Best jurisdiction for privacy-focused Incorporation

Hey everyone,

I'm in the process of choosing the best jurisdiction for incorporating an IBC with a strong focus on privacy and legal protection. Right now, I'm considering Seychelles, Marshall Islands, or Anguilla, using nominee shareholders and directors.

We are a file-sharing app for mobile, where users can share files via direct links. While we comply with abuse reports, I've noticed how aggressive organizations like the MPA and other copyright enforcement groups have become. My concern is jurisdictional protection””especially regarding how easily authorities can access ownership records if legal action is taken.

I understand that if we are sued locally, they could eventually uncover the UBO, but I've also read that Seychelles has become weak in privacy, making it easier for authorities to request company data.

NOTE: We do not need banking or payment processing””just a company front to hold the domain and related assets.
So my key questions are:

1. Which jurisdiction offers the strongest protection against ownership disclosure?
2. Are Marshall Islands or Anguilla still solid choices for privacy?
3. Are there any other jurisdictions I should consider?

The UBO will always be found and prosecuted, either because the nominees snitch or records are produced. Therefore, you can't rely on privacy laws (anywhere in the world) or nominees.
You should use imaginary friends.
