My company is looking to enter into the gambling market on the international scene. I don't know much about the dos and don'ts here, so I'd prefer to work with a trusted advisor/advising company that can guide us on setting up the offshore accounts and obtaining gambling licenses and payment processors. Who are the best advisors for this industry?

For right now our budget isn't set. It will largely depend on the quantity of services the advisor provides and how quickly they can get started.

It's vital to set a budget for your project (not just for the advisor). The choice of the advisor will also depend on your overall budget.

Can you really get a licensed Curaçao gambling company to open a bank account in Cyprus with one of the well-reputed banks? That sounds quite unusual to me.

You use a Cyprus company as a payment processor, the account of the CypCo is not in Cyprus, it would be in a foreign EMI for example.
