I was doing research on Payooner and wanted to ask you some questions.
Payooner to Payooner I will receive payment. But after some research, I realized this.
People I want to pay with Payooner ask me for a screenshot of my balance. I think this is because I'm not paying with the credit balance. So, how can I distinguish whether it is a credit balance or a normal balance from the balance screenshot?
And does anyone know about chargebacks in Payooner?
I am waiting for friends who have knowledge about Payooner.
