EMI that accepts Chinese ID ?

Hello to all who loves to share personal info and pay extra to process it!

Since I ran out of options googling it I decided to ask PROS. Please share asian or maybe EU (they reject but still) EMI accepts only Chinese ID without passport for verification.
Also Statrys, Worldfirst and other big asian guys were tested - need more. Any legit option would be helpful

I would go with the Chinese companies, they are most often open for such ventures.

Following a recent discussion of Chinese payment companies, I wanted to start with a short introduction. Some may have come across the list of Payment Service Providers participating in Amazon's program with the same name:
