Romanian resident, I need for my business based on software development and consultancy. Company also registered in Romania.
Banks in Romania are not the safest at the moment due to the presidential elections, and I would not like to use only Bank of China in Romania. I was thinking about Paysera (they have a headquarters here).

Unfortunately, IMHO, there's very slim chance @The Kingdom Bank would be interested in accepting such business even if you agree to pay their fees.
