Personal virtual IBAN - simple

Hello

Does anyone know a simple personal virtual IBAN for transfer in/out. Mainly EUR.

I say simple, as I need to use it to transfer in (from trading account), then transfer out (to EMI). No other functionality required.... basic, easy, simple.... no drama!

(A lot of EMIs will not receive payments from 3rd parties so I need a virtual IBAN to sit in the middle of the process)

Any big EMI will do, I'd probably go with WIse or Revolut

I already have Revolut but use it for other purposes (mainly the card and cross-border FX rates).

You are recommending Wise but they are in the process of closing your account?!

I'm having trouble with my business account, I never had any problem with my personal account.

I don't see any reason why you can't use it to receive money from your trading account as well.

I would prefer to not have an EMI in the UK for tax reasons (I am living in Malta now).

PaySet is not the cheapest but their compliance team is willing to understand 'trading'. Id give them a shot.

Will try them first. Don't like the reference to providing 'TAX ID' on their homepage but let's see. They clearly want one which a lot of EMIs dont ask for (nicely 🙂)

Every single EMI will ask for a TAX ID within the first 90 days of opening your account, are you aware of any legit EMI which doesn't require one?

It either is legit or it does not require one. It is a bit like with Schrödinger's guy and their cats.

And even if such EMI existed, it would be overrun by criminals that within 9 days it would be more defrauded than Euro Pacific Bank ever was.

Define 'legit'....!

But lots have not taken my Tax ID - Ibandirect; Blackcatcard; Wirex. Lots do. Some do not.

I tried to use this but it uses geo-location for signing up. I need the app / sign-up to think I am in Malta .....when I am not. It does not let you sign-up unless you are IN country of your address.

Any ideas? VPN did not work!
