These three videos I found on the subject would help you the most:
However, is it for US LLC? Did they accept a non resident owned LLC for a Brokerage Account?
If you are doing a personal account, take a look at - https://international.schwab.com/ - I know for sure there is no Minimum Balance requirement. However, it depends on your country of residency.

I think he also mentioned TruLease https://www.virtualpostmail.com/trulease/
Last time I checked it was a few hundred per month and you can get utility bill too.
Edit: I see it is still 300/month paid annually or 500/month with 1 year contract.

Well, a systemic advice: Ask your registering agent for help, to direct you to some reasonable real estate agent in the location. Or, in the worst case, use web. Search for a some really small office somewhere in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico (you have a NM LLC, IIRC) 🙂 You will get it quite cheap, I think.johanmichel said:
Does anyone here know some real, small, cheap office I can rent for a year somewhere? I checked Regus but they want a 2-year contract...

A one-time hack: I know a guy who is managing some foreign-owned LLCs including the office spaces. I can ask him whether he is willing to offer you a share space. Yet it is not in NM but in Nevada (yes, a NM LLC can have an office in NV, why not... but) and nothing can be guaranteed, there cannot be 10 LLCs in the one office... (formally yes, of course; but it does not look well and makes troubles).

You are welcome.
I understand in full. These offices in NV are real offices of course, so definitely a legitimate business address; yet as I have said above, NV office for a NM LLC is IMO not the best bet.johanmichel said:
however I need to be absolutely sure that it is a legitimate business address since likely compliance at Schwab won't give me a third chance...
Since I would have $1.2M stuck on IBKR if I can't have a (personal+llc) accounts at Schwab I want to be absolutely sure...

Probably not. But as written above, you can ask them for a recommendation of a real estate agent...johanmichel said:
About the registered agent. I called him yesterday, but he said they can only offer some virtual mailbox with own suite etc... I don't think that will do.

This is a good step. Hopefully, your advisor will really ask compliance and they will give him a honest answer. (Unfortunately, the compliance guys are quite often giving unclear or even misleading answers to preliminary questions ”“ until the case is in their hands.)johanmichel said:
I asked my Schwab advisor to ask compliance if this is okay for now to use until I have a real US business presence. Hope they are okay with it.

BTW, why Schwab? If it can be other bank, you can always ask @yngmind or James Baker as mentioned here https://www.offshorecorptalk.com/threads/planning-us-visit-for-bank.46696/page-2#post-332081 (the very end of the post). With your amount of money, you have good chances, I think.johanmichel said:

For personal accounts. For company ones, it appears to differ 🙁lagloriacubana said:
Schwab International doesn't require US address. They open it with your foreign address.

You are correct - for US LLC you can't open through international site. It is only international companies they support on there.
Yes, exactly. This is the correct description what this case is about, thanks for making it right. (I've realized it a few minutes after I posted but I've been on the plane board already 🙂 ) For non-US company you might be able (I do not know) to open with non-US address; yet for the US company it makes a full sense to have a US address, for sure.lagloriacubana said:

Just search James Baker CPA on YouTube. A great guy who shares useful stuff about US LLC especially focused on non residents.
