what data OCT collects?

this made me wonder

if it's not a secret (I hope not) what data does OCT collect about its users?
due to the nature of discussed topics I would expect that the forum doesn't want to be put to a position having sensitive data any authorities might demand... I won't spend my time digging where is this forum hosted or whether it's a company or whatnot but would be interesting to know if there are any legal requirements?

most of the users here probably automatically use VPNs, proxies or hacked nodes 😉 but I'm curious whether IP addresses, browser data or TLS fingerprints are collected - by using CloudFlare it gets a bit tricky
