Cash center for leads / sales - rev share

Hello,
I have 0 knowledge about how call center services usually work or accept clients and their billing methods, but curious to know if anyone know about any Call Centers (Anywhere in the world) that can provide leads + make the sales calls for a business and get paid based on the sales they make.

It's hard to recommend anything, in what I do for example I don't think call centers would work. But it could work for someone else.
