What's your thought on Stellar (XLM) ?

I invested 10K in stellar (xml) back in 2020 where before it took off to 0,6$ now it is 0.11$

Does this shitcoin has any future to rise and what could make it possible that it ever gets back to where it was in 2021 at a price of 0,6$ ?
