Based on what you believe that reporting in Europe would happen ?
Are they considered as a financial institution like a bank ?
If it is a recognized financial service, then it is certainly a significant oversight not to link to the license for providing this service. For me, that's a strict NO GO, underlined. Amateur.
But since it's an American site, at least based on what we can see, it's FATCA that applies and not CRS ”“ but don't think that you can't be reported if the authorities in your country request information from them.
