Help Needed - Bank Account for UK Ltd with Nominee Director

Last year, I opened a UK Ltd company with a nominee director and a Wise account in his name. Now, the Wise account has been closed (due to reasons related to the director that I wasn't aware of), and I need a bank/EMI account to receive payments from Amazon. Of course, I have the director's documents and proof of residence, and I have a power of attorney, but it only has a simple signature, not a verified e-signature.

Given that the director is currently unavailable, what bank/EMI account could I open? I tried Paysera in my name, but they require a power of attorney with a verified e-signature, which I don't have. If I attempt to open an account using the director's details, it seems everyone requires a liveness check during the KYC process.

Do you have any suggestions to help me out of this situation? Feel free to contact me privately as well. Thank you in advance to anyone who can assist or offer advice.

You want to go to the Mentor Group to discuss this situation in details.
Other than that, opening a new company with another director seems as a natural solution. In your current situation, you can hardly get to any banking legally.

I totally agree with @Forester take that inside the mentor group if you don't want to replace your entire setup with new director and new company.

It's the content of your question that leads to the recommendation to post it in the mentor group, as it cannot be answered in the public forum, regardless of whether there are users who can help or not.

You can switch agent and ask them o help you with the bank account. @James Turner may be able to assist you!
