I see the list of possible options on the reference I use as a benchmark (kycnot dot me) is getting bigger. Did anyone use any of the sources listed there under exchanges, namely:

unstoppable swap
basicswap beta
Bisq
haveno
wizardswap
boltz
robosats
otc broker
infinity
exch
lnp2pbot
majestic bank
peach bitcoin
tradeogre
xchange.me
crypton exchange
coinswap
sideshift.ai
hodlhodl
bitcoinvn
letsexchange
stealthex
exolix
swapter

For the amounts bigger than 1btc?

EXCH would be my pick from those.
Most I wouldn't trust not to freeze.
Bisq , not enough liquidity for USDT.
Thorswap and chainflip also worth a look.

From everything looked up so far, exch looks to me like in a league of its own... F-droid app, clear and transparent ui with clearly stated reserves, api, great q&a page... But they emphasize usdc to usdt...

Am I wrong or is sideshift taking exorbitant fees?

This crypton exchange looks promising.

Don't buy XMR on Exch. ridiculous 5% fee.

That's right, the fees for XMR are a bit high at 5%
But Exch also does not carry out any AML/KYC requests, so unless you have SoF or the funds are not the cleanest, it is highly recommended.

Otherwise you can do it via Binance/Kraken etc. or a cheaper provider like FixedFloat or similar

Fixedfloat can and will freeze your transactions. They will hold your funds for indefinite periods of time while they ask for more documents than a regulated EU platform.

Well I have used it for a few 100$ transactions it has been fine for me no kyc. Thanks for letting me know about the issue. As for privacy concerned folks Houdiniswap is better but rates are slightly worse than FF.

That's a fantastic list you've put together, OP! credit to you!

Is it only the providers that allow the use of hardware wallets, like Ledger and Trezor, where you can connect these wallets to the swap system?

I think it's a deal between HW wallet manufacturer and a swapper. From the wallet side, the wallet app has to support this connection, and frok the other a swapper needs to have some api.
