Hi, I have two questions. I have a Romanian company and residence with a PayPal account that's roughly around 1 year old. I'll soon close the company, but I'd like to use the PayPal account a bit longer. Will PayPal report to the Romanian tax authorities about the transactions after the company closure?

Also, I've seen a lot of posts about rotating PayPal business accounts, how is this possible, don't you need several businesses to do this, or is there any way to set up a cloaked PayPal business account without actually having a business? I ask this since I ran into some guy on BHW that sold business PayPal accounts for 200 USD. The price seemed quite cheap, and I don't see how this will work since PayPal ask for business verifications.

Can you elaborate please? If PayPal reports to authorities, how will fake docs work? Also, how would you cash out your money?

account created with fake docs can be closed or taken over any moment and funds would be lost. It's unwise to use it in my opinion. Nonetheless you can for example add a bank account with a different name than the PayPal account and withdraw funds. It will work on the PayPal end however your bank could decline a transaction made under a different name

But those in high risk businesses, what do they do? Do they create a new business every time their PP account gets banned?

You can have a PP business account opened under a sole proprietorship. Not sure if that's what you're asking.

If you open a PP business account with darks, how easily will it be banned? Are there anyone on this forum that provides cloaking PP solution? Also how will you get your money out?
