Hi there,

I am looking for a way to get an US business creditcard to collect points while spending on ads. Currently have a company registered in Malta but there are no creditcards offered here with good points system / cashback. Any one have experience with this?

you can open usa llc owned by your maltanese company. It's a cheap solution in a state like Wyoming

Have you tried to setup a "branch" for a EU company in the US ? can normal regulated agent help to do that?

You can register a U.S. branch of your EU company (more precisely, as a foreign profit corporation), which will allow you to open U.S. bank accounts (Including Mercury) and apply for cards.

Hi thanks, this is a smart move. Have you been able to do it yourself?

Open a U.S. branch and then open a US creditcard account (EUR as currency) and earning the points?

No, my lawyers did it at no cost. I guess you can do the same with a registered agent.

No EUR accounts in the U.S. (With few exceptions but you need to go there in person)
