Founding a company in Gibraltar, what about seat of residence there?

Hi, founding a company in Gibraltar isn't a big deal, but what about getting a seat of residence there (to cash out the profits from my company in a tax-friendly way)? Guess it's almost impossible to get a real estate there for reasonable prices? Any alternatives? What else can I do? Maybe completely change the plan, and choose Cyprus instead of Gibraltar, because it's much easier to get a seat of residence there?
