Seeking guidance / referral to discreet advisors to help me create a Plan B in case need to leave US permanently and more or less “disappear” for a while after coming election (it's starting to look like shades of Germany circa 1930s for political exposed persons like myself). I already have a second citizenship through a CBI program. But leaving behind the entire US persona is not easy. Any referrals / assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I guess you need to talk to a competent lawyer (among others). Try to look e.g. here https://ustax.bz/. Stewart Patton is very competent, not only re:taxes.

My personal advice, get a residency elsewhere as early as possible and then apply for a passport once you can. Those CBI passports are good, but they look veeeeery suspicious.

There have to be a universe of helpful advisors / lawyers / accountants / financial managers out in the world who know how to help walk in the gray areas outside the FACTA lines. I just don't know how to get in touch with them :-(
