Is there a pattern in how, for example, a USDT TRC20 transaction should look when it's valid? Does it always start with "TG" or "TX" or something similar?

Can we say that if a transaction ID can't be found at TronScan it does not exists?

An encoded TRON address begins with T and is 34 bytes in length.

So what you're saying is that if you give me a transaction ID or show me a screenshot of it, and I enter it into Tronscan, it should be able to find it. If it doesn't find the transaction, that means the transaction was NEVER made? Is that 100% certain?

There can be a slight delay with newer transactions on Tronscan . But you can also directly query the jsonrpc Trongrid Api.
But if nothing appears the transaction doesn't exist . You can also run your own node and query against it .

If a transaction is initiated about 14 hours ago, it should be on the network right ?

Yeah, it sounds like he's broke and has no money, and at the same time, he must be bored, or why would anyone do something like that?

I've had similar cases, which is why my initial question was about whether there's a standard. I had a client who was supposed to purchase a service from me with crypto, and he kept sending me his HASH ID, claiming it was valid, but I couldn't find it on the Tron scanner. It seems like I'm not the only one being scammed in this way.

are you sure he was using Tron network? USDT token exists on multiple blockchains.
and yes, if a transaction ID is not found on the blockchain exporer within several minutes it means the transaction was not sent.
