Depending on the product/service you are selling you might qualify to one of the dcentralized VAT systems where you can, from one place, submit vat returns and pay the VAT due in the countries you are mentioning.

The service (events) is being offered in-person (to many individuals at the same time) in each country once or twice a year and at the same time there are transactions also being done with local companies.

Isn't it quite simple? If you work for other businesses, VAT is not applicable, but the invoice must state 'REVERSE CHARGE!' If you work for private individuals to whom you send an invoice, you need to have their name, address, and country, and then you must charge the VAT that the company issuing the invoice is required to pay in that particular country.

So its like a festival or something. Once off BtoC. It needs to be checked. The fact that you could be recieving services from local companies, could be that you can set off vat input with out put. Or there could also be an option to recieve invoices on a reverse charge basis or 0% rated from you local suppliers. Where is your comoany based?

It's not about the reverse charge, but about the VAT you charge from 200 people when getting paid for the event in each single country.

And regarding the Reverse Charge it's not so simple as sometimes it's not only B2B who's providing service in each country.
