Where do find local directors/managers?

Hello,

Does anyone know where to find/hire local residents of nil-tax jurisdictions (Panama, Seychelles, The Caribbean, Dubai etc.) to be the director/manager of an offshore company. We want to run a legitimate Amazon FBA business so we are looking for this service. We would need the individual to be the sole signatory for the company bank account and this is apparently what makes it difficult to find. So far we have found a service that matches what we need, but they are only willing to be co-signatories with the beneficiary, and we aren't sure that would work.

Where is your company incorporated? Would they be actively managing the company?

You can either work with a local trustee or corporate service provider (check the local FSA website for a list), or you can put up a job ad and hire a local directly.

Trustees and CSPs usually insist on being the sole signatories, if they are appointed as directors. This is a common condition in order to satisfy effective control and management checks.

Why does the company have to pay 0% tax ? Do you live in a country with 0% income tax?

Relocate or use darks, you better with that if you want to achieve 0% tax without troubles or risking your business to be taken over by your tax office.

How could that suddenly happen? I completely understand that you might risk it if you do something foolish in the company that violates tax regulations, but otherwise?
