Hey, I have a friend who is looking to incorporate a foreign-owned LLC. He's a Philippines citizen and resident, but I see many EMIs and banks are not accepting people from philippines. Do you know a solution to this? Like EMIs/accounts that wil accept a LLC with a Phi owner?

Yes, you can read his offer here:

As @mraleph pointed out, we have discussed this topic many times here. I am pretty sure the search function will help you find relevant posts with long lists for EMIs that could help you. In any case, you normally will find a bank that will onboard you. But normally people do not disclose such lists in public as there simply is too much demand and banks will then close. You may try Mercury if you can show some US activities. But nobody will disclose anything like that in public, the bank would be overran within minutes and closed in 5 days as there are simply too many shady businesses with US LLC around these days.
