Hello,

Does anyone know any decent banking options for a Panama company that does e-commerce.

Ideally no/low minimum deposit. Brick and mortar banks over EMIs. USD account. No personal visit.

Thanks in advance.

Who's your corp agent? can't they provide a connection?

USD for a bearer based company?

Might be hard - panama has a bad name.

Why Panama? Are you resident there or somewhere in the region?

Normally, your agent in Panama that you formed the company through should be able to help you with account opening. It's important to discuss that before starting incorporation.

There are banks in Panama that you can try, such as Credicorp (also does card processing), Towerbank, Multibank, and MMG. But it can be very hard if you don't have an introducer vouching for you.

Otherwise, you have a couple of banks in the region that might take you but it's going to be challenging if you go at it by yourself. Caye Bank in Belize might be your only realistic choice, although you can try BONI and BCBTCI.

You can try banks in completely different regions, too, but chances of success are even lower there unless you have a bonafide connection to the country.

Panama is still suffering from the reputational fallout of the Panama Papers.

Try OneSafe and Airwallex maybe they can help you with the account opening.
