I have a Wyoming LLC which I didn't have the cash on hand to be able to do all the filings for. I used First Base as the agent and they were handling all that.

Just in terms of using an LLC. Should I start a new one or get that one back into good standing? Will it have black marks against it because it didn't file on time or even though it never traded and didn't pay the yearly registration fee.

It's for an online coaching and information products business.

Thanks

well if you have bank accounts and whatnot attached to it, id try to get it back in good standing.
Many are doing this is you browse thru the registry.

Your business must be struggling if you can't afford to renew your US LLC! Why would you need a company if you can't even come up with $500 to maintain it? After all, it's just an annual fee.

You don't really need a company right now; instead, you should focus on building a profitable business that generates a solid income, at least more than $500 a year, before moving forward with something like this.

Please let us know if you got it back. I have some similar situation with another US delaware company which I wanted to let go but now I can have use for it again. My agent said it is gone can't be renewed or reestablished.

The procedures are different in Wyoming and Delaware. Do you the status of you company?

You can call 302-739-3073 to find out how much tax is due. When this is settled, use this form for a voided company
https://corpfiles.delaware.gov/Corp_Forms/Revival void.pdfand this one for a forfeited one
https://corpfiles.delaware.gov/Corp_Forms/Revival forfeited.pdf
They explain it pretty well here

I just called 302-739-3073 for you. According to them you can open any company.

If the company was voided because you did not renew etc. you can file a revial (above).
If the company was closed, you can file a "Certificate of Correction" to reopen it.

That was the information. If you have any file number etc. I can call again and get more specific details. But from what they told me, you can reopen basically anythinig.
