Hello,

Does anyone here know how to set an offshore company as the owner of a single member non-resident LLC. In all the incorporation websites that I have visited, they all ask for the names of the individual(s) and no option to select a company as its owner. Incfile/bizee does have this option to select a company, but only other US companies and not a company in the Cayman Islands for example.

Does anyone know how to do it.

Thanks for your time.

You do it yourself on the articles of organisation and with the IRS.

I see. So do you suggest I contact one of these incorporation agents and ask them for a custom articles of organisation. Or is this something I need to do after the incorporation service.

Sorry if these questions sound amateur-ish.
