I am looking for an online bank account for a UK company owned by a citizen of the Cayman Islands. I prefer a bank that requires minimal documentation. I have all the necessary paperwork, but the process gets stuck when I submit the share certificate, which is not accepted for unknown reasons. The bank demands that I obtain an apostille on the share certificate in my home country (Italy), but this is impossible because only the authorities in the Cayman Islands can apostille the share certificate. It's a frustrating catch-22 situation.

What country are director(s) resident in and what passports do they hold?

I don't know hat your business activity is but you can try an EMI like 3s.money. They are not cheap but they have a higher risk appetite than some other places.

Will banks like Cayman National not help you?

I think Interpolitan Money, IFX and MoneyCorp Bank will work in this case.
