So these options are pretty straightforward yet some may find it expensive. Thing is that you can buy a tenancy contract for one-time use from myriads of Consulting agencies which sell them for AED 2000.
Of course renting an apartment on a fake contact is a plain scam. But there should be enough nice dudes with lower income that will let you stay at their place for a night or two with a long-term rent contract for low amounts. This way, you know what is going on.
