You can use an anonymous US LLC and you will not need to disclose the members to the estate (New Mexico for example).
Just form an LLC in New Mexico. At no point do you provide name of the members and managers to the state. There's nothing special about it that you need to do.
It's the same in a few other states, such as Wyoming and Delaware.
In some states you need to submit an annual report which has to be signed by someone. You can usually just pay your registered agent to submit it for you.
Nominees are not very common in the US, especially for LLCs.
