have you been there to check if they have them? I'm in Zug tomorrow for some business dealing for some hours so I would go by and pick up one of these devices.
Went there yesterday.
The salesperson looked and said he didn't think they had ever carried it. I also had to explain to him what a crypto wallet was.
So, I can definitely say they don't have it, and it surprises me that there isn't a store that sells that kind of product.

At this point, if I were looking for one to pick up personally, I would ask Trezor Hardware Wallet (Official) | Bitcoin & Crypto Security directly for a store in or near my postcode that has them in stock.
Sadly, Switzerland is NOT like the USA or China, which have tons of products in stock.
I figured something out, the wallet is send by DHL to another address I "rented" for only this purpose, so I will have it today.

I'm super excited to have just received my Trezor 5 - wow, it's so much easier than Ledger, and their app works perfectly.
I thought it was going to be more like a “religion” thing, like with other hardware and devices, but Trezor is honestly way smarter than Ledger and definitely better than Bitbox, which is a total pain to use.
So, for anyone reading this, do yourself a favor and get a Trezor. It's easier to use, much more secure, and their whole interface is way better. That's my recommendation.

For those who don't need a high level of anonymity, ordering a Trezor device online can be just as good. You just shouldn't think that you've bought it completely secretly, and no one knows you're in possession of a Trezor if you do it that way.
