Romanian company mortgage

Hey guys ,
anyone know if bank in Romania providing mortgage for Romanian companies (share holders are not from romania)

if yes , anyone know what are inital offers or any details ?

Due to Romanias bad history with mortgage fueled property boom very few banks engage in it now. Rates are high, personal connections are a must and non-residents/companies without good and years of history are a no-go.

Based on my experience, very hard if not impossible if you're not RO citizen, even if your company makes interesting profits. Different story if you know someone relevant in that bank.
