I'm a non-US citizen from a 3rd country residing and working full time in the US after finishing my studies here. Due to the nature of my job, I get a lot of free time and have started freelancing and accepting contract gigs on the side. Now, I'm receiving 1099s for that extra work and getting taxed a s**t ton on it. Wondering if there is an efficient way to optimize taxes? The companies I work with have no issues invoicing to a foreign company and I'm fine reinvesting profits / revenue and not taking a salary. I also plan to move out of the US in a span of 2-3 years.

Setup a Delaware or Wyoming company to reduce the taxes. You want to speak with a local tax advisor for the proper setup.
