They sent several emails stating that the account would be closed and all you had to do was move the funds via Wire transfer to another account, didn't you receive these emails?
Trynovel closed the account and scammed us of 12k.

i didn't receive it. i have sent multiple emails to [email protected] without getting a response from them.

You'll have to contact relayfi to temporarily increase your check deposit limit. Their support should be able to do that for you. Send them your Novel's statement, let them know you're switching your bank accounts.
