I'm looking for no KYC exchange that accepts USD wire transfer

There is no such thing as a no KYC exchange that accepts bank transfers. That would be a criminals paradise, Indian call centers would break the 10 billion dollar in 11 month record and steal 10 times that.
You have to travel more. Eventually, you'll meet them if they deem you trustworthy and that you will take the secret with you to the grave, but they do NOT advertise! Also, they are NOT exchanges! There are NO corporations or employees involved in this "exchange."
