Does anyone have any advice on how to cash out crypto to a non-Russian crypto friendly bank account in the following scenario:

- Russian passport, 'official residence' still in RU but not physically there
- UAE is not an option
- cashout sum approximately 100k USD
- crypto is clean and coming from reputable exchange e.g. Binance
- bank account ideally in USD or EUR

What options do I have for banking? Any advice is very much appreciated.

You have no options, why? because you have a Russian with an Russian address, what you are asking for is the impossible that no one would touch!

What you have to look at are the underworld solutions like P2P services or some of the users around here may be able to help you which you then need to trust. There is no regular or legal way to get you setup.

Search the forum for the users, if not found with the search field above use google and enter

Russian Passport + Russian Residency + EUR/USD + Crypto = No chance on planet earth

You need another address at least and or just stick to a stablecoin and use money via crypto prepaid debit card like below that you can use online.

You need to establish a relationship of trust with a group of people willing to open bank accounts for you in exchange for money. Start with 1 bank account to understand how it works then transfer the money to Bisq as a SEPA transfer.
The money will be send in Bitcoin to a wallet like Electrum.
Bisq Bisq - A decentralized bitcoin exchange network has a level system. The more you trade, the higher the limits.

Bisq is important because you send money transfers to private individuals. Some banks detect when you add a beneficiary who is part of an exchange (Cryptocurrency) so you need to go very slowly.

This video shows you how SEPA works with Bisq

Thank you for the replies everyone. It seems that I will need to establish residency somewhere else in order for it to be possible to cash out to a non-Russian bank account

Why, you can find homeless people or retarded people you convince to open an account for you. It's easy game and quick to do if you have the balls to do so.
