Marshall Islands - where to register company

I am looking for the cheapest option to register a company in the Marshall Islands. Ideally, it would be directly through a notary or a direct member on Marshall Islands.

Deja vu all over again... Marshall Islands - cheap company formations

There is only one trust company in the Marshall Islands and it does not work with customers directly. Everyone else is based outside. As I wrote last time, the cheapest options are Hong Kong CPAs. Most other service providers are just reselling those Hong Kong CPAs.

We also work directly with the registry and I think what you mean by trust company belongs to Home - IRI | International Registries, Inc.

It is managed by a private US-based company, which operates the flag of convenience ship registry and corporate registry of the Marshall Islands on behalf of the Republic of the Marshall Islands
