SingX sings the same song

Hi, everyone. The Singapore EMI SingX has blocked ("deactivated") the company's account for compliance checks, which are lasting for several months with no feedback at all. They are just keeping the funds, and there business support is really bad if not the worst. I wonder what is the time limit for them to act, and what law in Singapore regulates this. If anyone has any thoughts, thanks in advance for sharing.
 
How much money have they blocked? Did they go total radio silence ?

If the amount is substantial enough, contact allen and gledhill firm in SG, tell them to draft and send a legal letter to singx, that usually get's things solved pretty quickly.

Luckily the amount is only around 7k, and they went silent with no feedback at all after submission of required documents. This EMI has not inspired much trust from the very beginning, but there are no negative reviews so far.

Thank you, will consider contacting them. My only fear is that they may charge more than the account balance.
