Best Middle Eastern for crypto + anonymity?

Multi-pronged question here, bear with me. Which Middle Eastern country is best for cryptocurrency in terms of taxes and overall attitude towards it, that allows foreign-owned companies and associated bank accounts to be opened remotely (through a service if need be)?

For now its just Dubai that legalize it

Any other countries in Middle East consider it as money laundering activity even if you are mining

Isn't the middle east the area where you can easily swap crypto for cash and use the cash without too many questions asked?
As far as i remember a global informal money transfer system has really strong roots there.

Well Dubai/UAE seems to be the hotspot for crypto in the ME, but as @uranium said that doesn't mean the banks are necessarily friendly. Cash gets you farther than in the west though
