Everest: Cool Soldo alternative, but not accepting US clients
Soldo: Rejected
Relayfi: Takes ages to deliver cards and expensive (because you have to involve your mail forwarder, since they deliver to US)

What are some other options, not looking to open new company...

You can buy prepaid debit cards at a shop in the US.

No, I think the best is to apply in person for a real bank account there.
