What is the cheapest option to create a company in Marshall Islands?
Could anyone provide links to companies/agents who do this at the lowest prices?

Look into CPAs in Hong Kong. They usually have the best deals on company formations in Marshall Islands (and Samoa). And as an added bonus, you're dealing with a company that's at least somewhat regulated/supervised as opposed to most typical run of the mill resellers.
